Terms and conditions for using the Lawmanee platform as a client or a lawyer.
1. Lawmanee is a marketplace connecting people who need legal services with independent lawyers. Lawmanee is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
2. Engagements and fees are agreed directly between the client and the lawyer.
3. Lawyers must provide truthful information and hold a valid licence; forged documents lead to immediate suspension.
4. Posting third-party personal data, defamatory statements or unlawful content is prohibited.
5. The Tier 2 verification fee is non-refundable once the review has been completed.
